Application for a Commitment to Change Certificate

The Commitment to Change Certificate is provided for companies / organisations who wish to implement an effective no-smoking policy and plan to complete this work within a one-year period. Links to commitment to change criteria

It demonstrates the companies / organisations caring attitude to their staff and customers. To apply for the certificate companies or organisation must be able to answer yes to the following questions

Criteria for Awards

Does your company/organisation agree to uphold the obligations of being a Commitment to Change Certificate holder?

Is your company/organisation working towards or planning to work towards implementing an effective no-smoking policy in the forthcoming 12-months?

Does your company/organisation plan to implement a policy which meets either the Gold or Silver National Clean Air Award Criteria
