Application for Silver Award

To receive the Silver Award your no-smoking policy must comply with all the essential criteria for this level. If you can answer yes to the first 6 questions then you are ready to make your application.

Criteria for Awards

	Does your company /organisation agree to uphold the obligations of being a National Clean Air Award holder? Click here for details.
	Is smoking within your company / organisations premises restricted to designated external shelters or areas only?
	Do all areas or shelters provided by your company / organisation comply with the silver award criteria? Click here for details.
	Does your company/ organisation actively discourage smoking at the entrances and exits to your premises? Click here for details.
	Does your company / organisation offer appropriate stop smoking advice and support to employees who smoke and wish to quit?
	Does your company /organisation have a separate written no-smoking policy? Click here for details.
	We require a copy of your companies /organisations no-smoking policy for our records by either email or post. For our records we also collect details of the desirable criteria covered by your no-smoking policy although these do not affect your application in any way.
