These must be met in order to receive the Gold Award

• Completely smoke free premises and grounds.
• Smoking at entrances and exists actively discouraged

Desirable Criteria
These are linked to best practice and it is suggested that companies and organisations work towards including them in their no-smoking policy

• All company vehicles to be smoke free
  
• All vehicles being used for company business are smoke free
  
• It is preferable that those who hold the Award do not sell cigarettes and companies and organisations should give every consideration to this issue
