First Public House to Receive the National Clean Air Award
The first pub in the Bury St Edmunds area to offer a smoke-free environment will also be the first pub in the UK to be presented with the National Clean Air Award for its commitment to protect staff and customers from the dangers of second-hand tobacco smoke. Following the £300,000 transformation of The Rushbrooke Arms in Sicklesmere by Greene King Pub Company, smoking will not be allowed anywhere inside the pub when it re-opens for business on Friday 2 July
